For assistance with finding a GP Surgery in Sussex to register with, please contact the NHS Sussex Allocations Teams on 0300 140 9855. Or email sxicb.gpallocations@nhs.net stating the full names of everyone who needs to register, and your full address. The team will provide you with the available practice options and arrange for an allocation if necessary.
